Steve Gaffney, Managing Director
Steve joined the family business in 1997 after working for thirteen years in the telecommunications industry. He has been instrumental in establishing our CAD design system and specialises in complex engineering solutions.
David Gaffney, Joint Managing Director & Project Manager
David comes from an Engineering background and has worked as a Project Manager for Brisbane Scaffold Hire for 13 years. After Brian Gaffney’s retirement David took on the dual role of Joint Managing Director to assist Steve oversee the operational areas of the business.
Project Managers
Brisbane Scaffold Hire employs an additional Project Manager, Josh. With over 15 years of experience in construction and holding an Advanced Scaffold Ticket, Josh is responsible for the design, estimation and supervision of projects, ensuring a smooth and most practical completion of your job.
Administration
We have a well established team that can assist you with any administration issues that you might have. Toni, our Administration Manager and Paula, our Payroll Officer will be able to assist you with any enquiries, so please do not hesitate to contact them.
Company Field Supervisor
Brisbane Scaffold Hire has a full time supervisor, Bruce who has been with the company for twenty five years and has been an advanced scaffolder for over forty years. Bruce liaises with our leading hand scaffolders and is responsible for auditing all of our projects. Bruce is also responsible for the construction of the most highly complex jobs.
Field Staff and Scaffolders
Brisbane Scaffold Hire is in the enviable position of having some of the most experienced and skilled scaffolders in the industry. All of our scaffolders work for our company as opposed to being sub contractors which ensures their work is of the highest of standards.
Yard Staff and Maintenance
Brisbane Scaffold Hire’s yard is managed by John and together his team ensure the smooth running and delivery of all materials to your next project as well as the maintenance of all scaffold plant. Our delivery trucks are operated by a highly trained and experienced staff of crane truck drivers, who will ensure the safe delivery and collection of plant to and from your project.
